Celebrating Women's Leadership in Poultry: IPEMA & Poultry India's Women's Day Event

On International Women's Day 2025, IPEMA and Poultry India proudly honoured the resilience, leadership, and contributions of women in the poultry industry. This inspiring event brought together women entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and IPEMA members to recognize their achievements and discuss pathways for further empowerment.

Esteemed Chief Guests Kavitha Manchala and Smt. Chitturi Jahanavi graced the occasion alongside distinguished industry leaders, whose dedication continues to inspire a more inclusive and progressive future. This event reaffirmed the association's commitment to fostering women's growth within the poultry sector.

The event underscored the importance of encouraging greater female participation in poultry farming, leadership, and technological advancements. IPEMA and Poultry India extend their heartfelt gratitude to the remarkable women whose contributions continue to drive the industry forward.

Employee Skill Upgradation at IPEMA

At IPEMA, we strongly believe that continuous learning is key to driving innovation. This month, we are proud to highlight the successful participation of our staff Ms. B. Pushpalatha (Graphic Designer) and Mr. Saikiran Galipelly (Event Coordinator) in the prestigious AI & Machine Learning Workshop at IIT Hyderabad held on 9th March 2025.

This immersive certificate program provided in-depth knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), covering fundamental concepts, advanced applications, and real-world case studies. Key areas explored included neural networks, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. The interactive sessions and collaborative projects empowered our team members with cutting-edge expertise, further strengthening IPEMA's commitment to innovation and excellence in event management and industry engagement.

IPEMA/Poultry India Leadership Visits VIV Asia 2025 for Benchmarking Excellence

As part of its mission to adopt world-class exhibition standards, IPEMA/Poultry India's top leadership, led by President Uday Singh Bayas and Senior Operations Manager Ms. Radhika, visited VIV Asia 2025 in Bangkok from March 12-14, 2025.

This premier global event, recognized as Asia's leading animal protein industry platform, provided an unparalleled opportunity to explore the latest innovations, business strategies, and emerging trends in the feed-to-food industry. Engaging with global leaders and top-tier exhibitors allowed IPEMA to gather valuable insights that will further enhance the Poultry India Expo and future industry initiatives.

This strategic visit reinforced our commitment to continuous improvement, ensuring that our exhibitions and trade shows align with evolving global benchmarks, thus driving India's poultry sector to new heights.
