Event overview

The Indian Poultry Equipment Manufacturers' Association (IPEMA) held the 17th Poultry India Expo from November 25–28, 2025, at HITEX Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad under the theme "One Nation, One Expo."

Chief Guest Shri Vakiti Srihari (Animal Husbandry Minister, Telangana) inaugurated proceedings. Additional state ministers attended, including those overseeing transport, agriculture, and welfare.

Industry context

India ranks 2nd globally in egg production (142.77 billion units in 2023–24) and remains among top four broiler producers, with annual growth rates of 8–10% for chicken meat and 6–8% for eggs.

Focus areas

The expo showcased innovations in breeding, hatchery automation, feed milling, housing systems, veterinary diagnostics, and sustainable solutions. Knowledge Day addressed emerging diseases, feed planning, sustainability, and rural market development.

Partnerships with 20+ overseas associations and 40+ national bodies.
